Football Conference Media Day Held in New Jersey (08/07/2008)
NJAC football head coaches gather for a group photo at media day
Golden Eagles picked to finish fourth in new conference
The College at Brockport will begin play in the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) with the first game of the season in September and the conference head coaches gathered at Kean University in New Jersey in early August for the annual media day festivities. As part of the media day, the preseason poll was released and the Golden Eagles were voted to the fourth position in the poll.
SUNY Cortland was tabbed as the favorite to win the 2008 conference championship and Montclair State was voted the No. 2 team in the NJAC. Rowan University was selected third in the poll followed by Brockport in fourth and 2007 conference champion, The College of New Jersey in fifth spot.
