Stacy Donnelly Named Female Outstanding Scholar-Athlete (05/21/2008)
Senior voted the top female scholar-athlete at Brockport for the 2007-08 season
Stacy Donnelly named Outstanding Female Scholar-Athlete for 2007-08
The College at Brockport has named its 2007-08 Female Most Outstanding Scholar-Athlete award winner. This year’s recipient is senior Stacy Donnelly (Varysburg, NY/Attica) from the women’s cross country team.
Donnelly finished her four-year career at Brockport with a 3.98 grade point average with a major in mathematics and a minor in coaching.
In her senior season with the green and gold on the cross country team, she competed in four races and had a season’s best time of 24.16 at the Yellowjacket Invitational at the University of Rochester. She improved with each race and finished the season with her best time in the Rochester race – a 5 kilometer course.
