What You’ll Learn

We develop scientists who can analyze and understand environmental systems and predict environmental change. They also manage the environment. Each student conducts research and completes a thesis. They also pick a concentration and complete focused coursework in that area.

The curriculum develops essential skills in statistics and geographical information systems. Students also develop scientific writing and public speaking skills.
