"In my first semester, I had the opportunity to participate in an independent study with the goal of analyzing the causes of religious terrorism. I was not expecting to have this level of "hands-on" practical research offered to me. I am deeply grateful for these types of opportunities, and I strongly urge other majors to seek them out."Joshua Fidler ’15
