- 75% online
- 2 residency days per semester
The Brockport MBA consists of 36 credits. It features nine broad-based courses in
business that are intended to give every student the knowledge necessary for a successful
career as a manager in the industry, followed by three electives.
Instruction is delivered using a combination of online instruction along with mandatory
face-to-face residencies. While instruction is online, one-day residencies occur at
the beginning and end of each semester. There are no more than 2 residency days per
semester, and dates are provided at least a semester in advance.
Our program culminates in a capstone project, which is required of every student.
Students will work with a host organization in our community, perhaps even their own
employer, to identify a problem facing the organization, analyze it, and develop a
solution. Each project will be supervised by a faculty member.
The program is part-time, cohort-based and can be completed in two years.
Curriculum & Learning Outcomes
Graduates of the Brockport MBA program are expected to pursue management positions
in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.
