Immediate Action Required for Employees Returning to Campus

All employees are required to affirm that they reviewed the NYS Department of Health Guidance for State Agencies and Authorities. This document outlines health precautions and expectations as we return to normal operations and activities.

Employees can access the form by clicking the above link, reading the document and submitting their digital signature as affirmation.  The completed forms will be electronically sent to Human Resources and will be tracked for compliance purposes.

Return Date

All 12-month staff who had previously been working remotely returned to work on July 6. All offices that offered walk-in services and meetings have resumed that practice during their traditional business hours. 


What to Do If Experiencing COVID Symptoms

If an employee(s) are experiencing any of the COVID-19 symptoms listed below (that are unusual to them or have not been previously diagnosed), or they are unvaccinated and have been exposed to a positive case of COVID, please ask them to contact HR immediately at (585) 395-2126 between core business hours of 8 am – 4 pm, Monday - Friday.  If outside of business hours, ask employee to stay home/go home until they can contact HR for further instructions.  

  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fever
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches or headache
  • Chills
  • Sore throat
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

Physical Distancing of Office Set-Ups

Social distancing remains a requirement for unvaccinated individuals on campus. Unvaccinated staff should request physical barriers or increased social distance between workspaces. Should there be any Facilities’ needs, please use the following form:

BASC will not have any of its dining locations open this summer. Please plan accordingly.
