Important Payroll Information for Faculty – Monthly Time Record Submission
Information for all full- and part-time faculty: online time records submission.
The College at Brockport utilizes an online system for the submission of time records. Time records are required September through May for full academic year faculty. Faculty who are appointed for the fall semester only are required to submit time records for September through December. Time records for each month are due by the 5th of the following month and must be certified as accurate by the employee and their supervisor/department head. Failure to submit timesheets in a timely manner may affect the distribution of an employee’s paycheck and cancellation from direct deposit.
