Join the Brockport Symphony Orchestra

The Brockport Symphony Orchestra will begin rehearsing for their 10th Anniversary Season on Thursday, August 29, 7:30 pm in the Music Room at Cornerstone Academy.

Celebrating its 10th Anniversary Season the Brockport Symphony Orchestra was founded and directed by alumna Jonathan Allentoff '14 and Dr. William Hullfish. This project is made possible with funds from the Decentralization Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and the New York State Legislature and administered by the Genesee Valley Council on the Arts.

The award-winning Brockport Symphony Orchestra will begin Fall 2019 rehearsals on Thursday, August 29, 7:30 pm in the Music Room at Cornerstone Academy, 60 Holley Street. New players are invited to join by sending their name and instrument to the email below.

Allentoff graduated with his Master of Arts degree specializing in Music, Interdisciplinary Arts, Education, and Technology with Honors from Stony Brook University's School of Professional Development in May 2019. He received the Dr. Deborah C. Hecht Award for his MA Thesis entitled, "The Positive Cultural Impact of Community Orchestras."

The Brockport Symphony Orchestra is not affiliated with the Department of Theatre and Music Studies.
