Blackboard Support From SUNY and Brockport

Get your Blackboard questions answered quickly by first contacting the SUNY Help Desk.

Brockport is able to provide faculty and students with immediate support from SUNY during, and outside of, normal college hours. If the SUNY Help Desk is unable to resolve the issue they will forward a help desk ticket to Brockport.

SUNY Help Desk hours are:

• Monday – Friday: 7 am - 12 am Midnight EST

• Saturday: 10 am - 5 pm EST

• Sunday: 1 pm - 9 pm EST

There are three ways to get immediate support from the Open SUNY Help Desk:

1. Dial 395-5151, option 6 from any on-campus phone

2. Dial 1-844-673-6786 – Direct to Open SUNY

3. Visit https://online.suny.edu/help/

The Brockport Instructional Design team has the following Blackboard walk-in support hours:

• Monday 1 – 3 pm in the 2nd-floor Lounge of the Albert Brown Building

• Tuesday 8:30 am – 11 am in the Dean's Office, 119-C Hartwell Hall

• Tuesday 1:30 - 4 pm in the CELT Office, Edwards Hall

• Wednesday 11:30 am – 1:30 pm in room 55-A Drake Memorial Library

• Friday by appointment – CourseDesign@Brockport.edu

• Brockport Downtown 9 am – 5 pm – October 15, November 13, and December 3 (Room 557)
