Fall Parking Permits are Expiring — Prepare Now for the Spring Semester
Plan for your parking and transportation needs now.
PARKING PERMIT: As a reminder, parking permits are required and available for purchase online. Order now so that it may be received in the mail by the start of the new semester. If the permit is not ordered by January 18, use your payment receipt as your permit for ten business days by placing it on your dashboard.
PERMIT ALTERNATIVE: Contactless parking is now available at SUNY Brockport! If you are planning to park on campus occasionally, we are pleased to offer an alternative to purchasing a semester parking permit. ParkMobile app allows for you to pay as you go. Download the ParkMobile app, available on the AppStore, Google Play, or Windows Store, or those without a smartphone may use the mobile web app. Sign up with your email, license plate number, and a payment method. Once registered, you may begin to use ParkMobile immediately to pay on-the-go by knowing your zone. See signage for your zone number.
VISITOR SELF CHECK PROTOCOL: We are to assist with the planning for visitors and invited guests. If you have invited a visitor on campus for a one-time business-related reason/meeting, you are considered the Visit Coordinator and must abide by the following Visitor Protocol:
• Visitor(s) report to the drive-thru window of the Conrad Welcome Center
• When arriving on campus, all visitors are required to wear an appropriate face mask or face covering. This face mask or face covering must be worn at all times during the visit.
• Visitor(s) will provide the Welcome Center representative their name(s), the name of the individual they are meeting on campus, the location and time of their scheduled appointment
• Visitor(s) will complete the Visitor COVID Screening Questionnaire and sign/date the form. In the case of multiple visitors in a party (i.e. a prospective student and family member(s)), each individual must complete and sign the Visitor COVID Screening Questionnaire. Once all documentation is confirmed by Welcome Center staff, the visitor(s) will be provided with an adhesive “Visitor” pass that must be worn during their visit, and only then can the visitor(s) proceed to their destination. There is no need to return the pass to the Welcome Center.
