Dr. Heidi E. Rademacher Publishes Peer-Reviewed Paper in "College Teaching"

Dr. Heidi E. Rademacher, Department of Sociology, publishes a co-authored paper on reading compliance in "College Teaching."

Heidi E. Rademacher (Department of Sociology at SUNY Brockport) and Robert T. Cserni (Stony Brook University) publish "A 3-2-1 Approach to Undergraduate Reading Compliance and Critical Analysis" in "College Teaching." In the article, Cserni and Rademacher introduce their 3-2-1 Reading Assignment, in which students engage in critical reading and deep learning by providing three points that summarize the text, two points that analyze it, and one discussion question.
