The Top Floor of the Drake Memorial Library is closed to patrons for the Fall 2020 semester. Rooms and study spaces on the Top Floor are unavailable for reservation and use.

Login to EMS to reserve a space

Directions for using EMS:

  1. Login to EMS using the person icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Click on create a reservation in the upper-left
  3. Then "book now" on the right.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions for Steps 1 - 3. Click "Next Step" on Step 2.

Note: While the EMS Web Forms system will send you an email stating "confirmed", in some cases your request may be superseded by library personnel. Please see: Room Policies Document (PDF).

The Kiefer Room's primary purpose is Library Instruction, and is reserved by library staff only during the first 8 weeks of the fall and spring semesters. If you are an instructor and would like to request a library instruction session, use our Librarian on Demand Request Form.
