Group Exercise

Our Group Exercise schedule changes to accommodate the needs of our students and members. We post a new schedule at the beginning of each semester, and update it right after midterms. We also have a modified schedule during finals week, as well as during any breaks.

Participants will need to register for classes prior to attending.  Registration can be done at the front desk or by logging into serc-fitness.brockport.edu
