The Student Health Center is part of the Hazen Center for Integrated Care, which provides a holistic approach to student health and wellness, and supports students’ mind, body, and spirit throughout their Brockport experience.

Health Center Close May 28 – 31

The Health Center is closed Friday, May 28 and Monday, May 31. Our after hour advice line is available for any health questions  by calling (585) 395-2414 (make sure to choose the after hour option).



Our online 'Patient Portal' makes it easier for you to complete forms and send Secure Messages for non-urgent medical questions, lab results, routine follow-up questions, and more.

Opt in for Appointment Text Reminders

We have recently updated our text messaging capabilities. To continue receiving text messages from Hazen Health and Counseling, you must opt-in for messages by filling out the form on our patient portal or following these steps:

  1. Access the patient portal
  2. Log in using your NetID and password
  3. Select your name in the top right of the screen
  4. Select Edit Your Profile
  5. Check the box for “I would like to receive text message reminders” and select Save

If the Health Center is Closed

You may utilize our after-hours nurse triage line by calling (585)-395-2414 for medical advice ONLY. Follow the prompts to connect to FONEMED. Registered nurses are available to talk with students to help determine a plan of care.


With the exception of emergency situations in which a student is unable to assume responsibility, all medical information is confidential. The Student Health Center will not share information concerning the health of a student without the student's explicit and informed written authorization. Notification of parents, College faculty, and administrators is considered the student's responsibility.
