Testing & Move-In Dates 

Student Townhomes, MacVicar, Harmon, Perry, Thompson, & McFarlane

On-Campus Arrival Testing AND Residence Hall/Student Townhome Move In: 

Submit your COVID-19 Pre-Arrival Test by:

Tuesday, January 18 | 9 am - 5 pm The test should be completed and results uploaded to MyHazen 24-48 hours before you depart for campus. If you do not recieve your results from your pre-arrival, please DO NOT arrive back to campus. You may only return once you recieve your NEGATIVE results and those results are uploaded to MyHazen.

On-Campus Arrival Testing AND Residence Hall Move In:

Submit your COVID-19 Pre-Arrival Test by:

Wednesday, January 19 | 9 am - 5 pm The test should be completed and results uploaded to MyHazen 24-48 hours before you depart for campus. If you do not recieve your results from your pre-arrival, please DO NOT arrive back to campus. You may only return once you recieve your NEGATIVE results and those results are uploaded to MyHazen.

If your pre-arrival test is positive:

STAY HOME and contact The Hazen Center for Integrated Care at 585-395-2414 or by contacting healthce@brockport.edu.

If you should become symptomatic AFTER a negative test but BEFORE arrival:

Please do not come back to campus and contact your Primary Care Physician OR  your local health department.

Arrival Testing

PLEASE NOTE: Students should have a plan to quarantine or isolate at home if they test positive during arrival testing. There will be limited quarantine and isolation space on campus.

On your assigned testing & move-in date, YOU MUST: 

1. Report directly to the Seymour College Union Ballroom from 9 am - 5 pm to complete your Arrival Test.

  • Students are required to bring their Brockport ID to the testing facility. Guests will not be permitted to enter the testing facility.  

IMPORTANT: Do not go to your Residence Hall or Student Townhome first. You will not be permitted to enter without a negative arrival test result.*

*Even if you have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 90 days and are exempt from testing, you are still required to check in at arrival testing before proceeding to your on-campus housing assignment.

2. If you have successfully submitted a negative COVID-19 Pre-Arrival Test to MyHazen before arriving to the Seymour College Union Ballroom AND completed Arrival Testing:

  • You can proceed to your Residence Hall or Student Townhomes to move-in.

Guests 

When you arrive at your residence hall or Student Townhome, guests may assist with your move in. Guests are expected to have a negative covid test, practice social distancing and wear a mask.
