Spring 2022 Housing Refund Schedule

Room rent charges are calculated by week of occupancy on a pro-rated basis as follows:

Returning with approved housing release (through 1/17/22) Exceptions to this charge are: graduation, official temporary academic leave or full withdrawal through ASC Student Retention, documented military deployment and Student involvement in a College sponsored academic program (student teaching, study abroad, or other program) if the obligation demands residency over 30 miles from campus. These will not incur a charge if approved by 1/10/22. |

Please Note: The On-Campus Housing License is for the entire academic year (August – May). If you move-out of your assignment, without consulting the Office of Residential Life, you forfeit all of your housing charges (August – May) resulting in a 0% refund.
If you are removed for student conduct violations, you forfeit the remainder of your housing charges for the term.
