Summer 2021 On-Campus Housing

Summer 2021 On-Campus Housing Application link can be found below.
  • On-campus housing is available for Summer 2021 in Eagle Hall.
  • This option is for current SUNY Brockport students and is available between Saturday May 22nd and Saturday August 21st, where students will be able to immediately check into their Fall 2021 housing assignment.
  • To be eligible to live on-campus during Summer 2021, you must:
    • be currently enrolled in spring 2021 course(s)
    • be currently living in on-campus housing for the spring 2021 term
    • be enrolled in at least one summer session course during the session course
    • If you sign up for Summer 2021 Housing and currently live in Eagle Hall, you can remain in your current assignment.
  • Students are encouraged to be vaccinated against COVID-19
  • The deadline to sign up for Summer Housing is May 1st at 11:59PM

 Eagle Hall Accommodations

  • Climate Controlled
  • Furnished accommodations include single bedroom, private bathroom, swipe card access, community kitchens, etc.
  • WiFi and all utilities included 
  • Free laundry

*Summer housing charges will be added directly to Summer 2021 student bill. If a student checks out prior to August 21st, housing charges would be pro-rated.

Register for Summer On-Campus Housing

If you have any questions, please contact the Office of Residential Life/Learning Communities at (585) 395-2108 or (585) 395-2122 or email housing@brockport.edu. Summer assignments will be posted in the online housing portal in mid-May.


Check-in Procedure

  • All summer residential students must check into Eagle Hall on Saturday May 22 from 9am-11am
  • Summer students need to be checked out of their summer assignment no later than August 21st at Noon, where students will be able to immediately check into their Fall 2021 housing assignment.
  • Students that are not checked out by the last day of the session they signed up for may be charged a daily rate for each additional day they occupy their room.

Policies

  • All students are expected to abide by the On-Campus Housing License and Student Code of Conduct and The Social Distancing Contract while residing on-campus. Any student found in violation of these policies will go through the Student Conduct System and may be removed from Summer Housing.
  • There will be no on-campus food options for students over the summer
  • To be eligible to live on-campus during Summer 2021, you must be:
    • be currently enrolled in spring 2021 course(s)
    • be currently living in on-campus housing for the spring 2021 term
    • be enrolled in at least one summer session course during the session course
  • If you sign up for Summer 2021 Housing and currently live in Eagle Hall, you can remain in your current assignment.
  • While on-campus for the summer, students must practice all forms of social distancing
  • Students are encouraged to bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and are expected to wear face coverings, while in public.
  • Students that live on-campus for Summer 2021 are expected to take part in weekly pool testing. More information will be emailed to residential students from pooltesting@brockport.edu in mid-May.
  • Visitors or guests are not permitted in on-campus housing during Summer 2021. However, Students living in Eagle Hall are able to visit other summer residential students living in Eagle Hall. Only Students who are assigned to live in Eagle Hall will be permitted to enter. Please see the Housing License and Code of Student Conduct for more details. If visitors or guests of residential students would like to visit a student, please plan to visit in a non-residential space where you can socially distance while wearing masks.
