Services We Provide

Technology Enhanced Classrooms

Virtually every classroom on the campus contains enhancements which we support. They have at least the following equipment permanently installed: computer, document camera, laptop connection for user provided laptop, projector/TV and sound amplification system. Most projectors are ceiling mounted and TVs are wall mounted. Many rooms also have an AirMedia system to allow laptops to wirelessly connect to the display. We maintain a series of training videos to answer common questions about the use of classroom technology.

Computer Lab Support

We maintain and support approximately 20 computer labs across campus, which contian either Mac and Windows-based computers (or both). Labs can be found in Dailey Hall, Drake Library, the Student Learning Center, and many other places. There is also a Virtual Lab you can run from your own computer. Any student or faculty/staff with a Brockport NetID can use the labs.
